To understand what an entrepreneurial spirit is, you must first meet David Gilpin. At a very young age of 20, David bought his first Wienerschnitzel franchise. He went on to expand his business and bought a total of 7 franchises in 3 states. He self-taught himself about the value of sales, management, marketing, and advertising. All of this led him to understand the importance of communicating effectively to hit your goals!

David grew up in Albuquerque, and he was surrounded by people who were in real estate. This led him to explore a true interest and curiosity of what it takes to be a real estate agent. He put that dream on hold and first went into accounting, financial advising and learning how to be a skilled negotiator. This experience was a fantastic building block to becoming an amazing realtor. He thrived in accounting and went on to explore taxation law, bankruptcy and dealing with probably the most feared government agency, the IRS. His experience is vast and pivotal to his success today.

David has lived in Albuquerque for 50 years and knows the market very well. He has an amazing ability to communicate to people of all socio- economic and educational backgrounds and has a true love to help everyone live their dream of home ownership! He is a great listener and can gauge when it is his turn to jump in and solve whatever needs to be solved. He does this with tremendous amounts of patience and integrity, and he never loses sight of his morals. He has found that his financial background has been a true asset when the negotiations become difficult. He finds that he can truly represent his client’s needs and interests like no other realtor. He doesn’t shy away from conflict and goes all in to get the best price whether it is for his buyer or seller.

On a personal note, David is married to his soulmate, Brian A. Eagan, Esq. They have been married for 12 years and share tremendous respect for each other and support all causes related to human rights, equal rights and donating their time to people in need of consultation on financial, taxation and legal rights.
