Mitzi Zeri
Mitzi entered the real estate field approximately 30 years ago. She is a native to New Mexico and has made her career in the beautiful city of Albuquerque. She is a graduate of University of Albuquerque and double majored in Economics and Finance. Mitzi is a passionate business woman who is driven and has the energy of three real estate agents! Her skills are focused on building relationships and happy clients at the end of a transaction. Her ability to connect, build trust and be a natural leader has helped her in every deal she has ever entered. If a deal begins to go south, Mitzi is skilled on keeping her composure, and can immediately launch into a problem-solving mode. This allows her clients to feel they are in good hands with an experienced realtor and businesswoman. Having negotiation skills allows her to represent her clients effectively and keep her client’s goals in the forefront. Her clients become friends and clients for life.
Her real estate experience spans from being an independent realtor to a team leader and eventually owning her own brokerage for the last 15 years. As a team leader and broker, her responsibilities included recruiting, training and mentoring all agents, all while she was working on her own personal production. She built three brokerages; one brokerage was even started during the crash of 2008/2009, while others were ducking for cover or hanging it up, Mitzi persevered. She recruited 60 agents in 14 months. That brokerage is still operational today.

On a personal note, she met her husband in the business but in order to stay married, they don’t work together! They have a successful blended family with a bunch of kids and grandkids spread across many states. Her hobbies are genealogy, photography, reading, gardening and travel. They enjoy taking trips in their RV to unwind and turn off. Lastly, they have two very loved and spoiled Shih Tzu dogs. They live quite the pampered life!
